If you can’t find the information you need on this website, you can contact us through the SAAS Application Portal, email, phone, post or in person.
You will be given your reference number when you submit your first online application and it can also be found on your Award Notice. If you do not know your reference number then please select the relevant option below.
Submit an Enquiry
There are two ways to submit an enquiry:
- If you are a returning student and have registered online, or if you are a new student who has registered and submitted an online application, please click My Account and log into your Dashboard, once logged in click on ‘Submit Enquiry’.
- If you are a new student and have not yet submitted an online application for the current academic session, if you do not know your online login details or if you’re a returning student and not sure what your SAAS reference number is then please get in touch via our Help and contact us service .
We will deal with your enquiry as quickly and accurately as possible within 28 days of receipt. You may have to wait longer during our peak processing period of July to October.
